Free for you, paid for by professionals
Making a request costs you nothing. The service is paid for by professionals: they pay to access requests that match their services and their service area. We say it clearly because it explains why professionals may contact you quickly.
A limited number of professionals
A request is shared with a maximum number of professionals, shown in the form when you give your consent. It is never published: before paying, a professional only sees a summary without your contact details.
Reviewed requests
Requests may be reviewed before they are offered (consistency, missing information, duplicates). A request may therefore not be shared, for example if it is incomplete.
Verified professionals
Professionals must create an account and are verified before they can access requests. This does not replace your own checks: ask for their license number, insurance, references and a written quote before you hire anyone, and check the license with your state licensing board.
You stay in control
- You are free to accept or decline any proposal.
- You can withdraw your consent or have your data deleted at any time, with the links in the confirmation email.
- We do not recommend one professional over another and we do not perform the services ourselves.
